Overview

The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor.  This is a great opportunity to work with a team who enjoy making the school day as enjoyable as possible. This is a great opportunity to build up experience working in a school and further career opportunities.

You will work in the hall as part of the lunchtime team as well as in the playground.

What we are looking for

You will be expected to: -

  • Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere and encourage positive behaviour
  • Set up the hall and create a welcoming environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
  • Support children during mealtimes and tidying up  
  • Deal with any minor first aid incidents (training will be provided)
  • Set up and clear away tables and benches at the end of lunchtime and general cleaning duties

Salary, hours and pay scale

8.33 hours per week during term time - 8.33 hrs (11:50am – 1:30 pm Monday to Friday)

Permanent contract

Term time only plus 2 Inset days.

Pay Grade SCP3- £20,812.00 (FTE) Actual Salary -   Approx. £3,953
