Gender Pay Gap Reports

The Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust is required by law to publish an annual gender pay gap report.

 The reports summarise data on all individuals that meet the definition of an employee given in the Equality Act 2010. This is an extended definition, which includes: employees and some self-employed people.
