Our Current Priorities

On behalf of our Trust Board, I am pleased to introduce our Strategic Plan for the
next 5 Years. The document explains how, across our Trust family, we will continue
work together to be the best version of ourselves, deploying resources, and making
decisions to support our journey to excellence.
As a Board, we commit to 5 Pledges for our schools, staff and communities to
support our vision and values. These translate into key areas and strategic priorities,
against which we will monitor our performance. Children are at the heart of this
Strategic Plan. Our priorities set high expectations to deliver for the children in our
current schools, and to continue our journey to excellence for all our schools as our
Trust continues to grow.
