Message From CEO – 18 March 2018

Dear All,
This week, as every week, the importance of and value to our Trust of every person: your unique personal and professional skills and qualities have been demonstrated so clearly.   We are a community.  Every person has an essential role to play as we reach to achieve our shared aim of providing an outstanding education for every pupil, underpinned by our Christian Distinctiveness.
I am very grateful for all that you do every day, every week – how you work together to turn our aim into a reality for pupils across our Trust.  I am very conscious of the hard work, resilience, energy, determination and ability to keep going in sometimes challenging circumstances this can necessitate.  Your well-being is vital – for you, to those you work and spend time with every day, to our pupils, schools and their communities and to our Trust overall.
Dear God,
In this, the BWMAT’s first ‘well-being month’, we pray for the well-being of all in our Trust:
Our pupils, teachers, staff, leaders and their communities,
Our Central Team and Trustees.
Help us to find time to offer
Listening ears,
Hands of friendship and encouragement,
Empathetic hearts
To those who feel lost, worried or overwhelmed.
Help us find ways
In our thoughts,
Through our words,
In our deeds
To show care, compassion and support for each other.
We pray that, across our Trust,
Each member of our community feels hope, joy and optimism,
A sense of well-being of mind, body and spirit
As we work together to nurture and support every pupil in our Trust –
Their academic success and growth as caring, compassionate, confident human beings
Today, tomorrow and in the future.
