Organisational Development Advisor
Salary: £26,470 – £29,055 per annum (job evaluation pending)
Remote Working – one day per week in the office (Somerset based)
This exciting new post has arisen within the Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust (the Trust). This is a key role in further developing our organisational culture through the way we attract, select, retain and motivate our Trust staff teams. We are a value-driven collaborative trust, committed to high expectations, the very best learning offer and high-quality provision for all pupils across our 34 schools.
Working as part of the HR team, but working in collaboration with other central team members, you will play a vital role in contributing to an environment where we nurture and develop talented staff to be the best that they can be.
Are you someone who can role model and demonstrate our strong value set, someone who is customer-centred, and someone who has the drive and ambition to use this opportunity to make a difference within our organisation? Whilst experience in human resources (HR) or organisational development (OD) would be useful to this role, it is not essential. We can offer training, development and support to the right candidate. Working in collaboration with a strong network of HR professionals, this role would offer you a vast amount of learning opportunities to broaden you HR and OD experience.
